Crushing Inertia
The biggest challenge to getting anything done in my experience is inertia — the feeling that whatever you’re after is too hard and it’s just easier to not really do anything about it because there’s no way you can successfully change momentum.
But you can crush inertia simply by doing a little something every day, and doing it consistently.
Because as it adds up, all those tiny moves start to feel like momentum and you realize that instead of trying to go from a stand still to flight, you’re all of a sudden at a nice tilt, and the wind is already starting to find its way beneath your wings.
So crush that inertia. Will your shit into existence, step by step and speck by speck.
